<title>NAMI MC - National Alliance on Mental Illness, Montgomery County, Maryland Chapter</title>
    <link>http://www.namimc.org/</link>
<description>NAMI Montgomery County supports people on the phone and through support meetings several times each month. We educate our members about recent improvements in medication, treatment, housing and rehabilitation through monthly educational meetings, a monthly newsletter and maintenance of a lending library. We educate the general public about mental illness and try to eliminate the stigma it carries. We advocate for nondiscriminatory Local, State and Federal policies. Our members also serve on county and state policy-making and advisory commissions.</description>
